- 2007 – 1st LA Women Forum | Aiming at enhancing Dow’s reputation and leading the debate about the women’s leadership role in large organizations, especially in the chemical industry, Dow Brazil promoted, for the first time, the Women Forum: Career, Conquers and Challenges, on June, 13th, in São Paulo. The Forum was attended by approximately 400 guests, among whom Dow’s customers, graduated and MBA students, young professionals from the Brazilian market, associations, journalists and employees, and promoted the discussion on the growing number of females in corporations and challenges and opportunities.
